yesss. the starting of the school hols! whee! in my attempt to make my (so darn oily) char kway teow... i was almost going to die! at first, i had added way too much oil, then i chopped the sausage and stuff way too big. then, i forgot to add chicken stock and added too much black sauce, which was the wrong sauce. so, it turned out black, oily and tasteless. so i re-fried it again, this time adding chicken stock and my super sweet black sauce into the oily concuction and it tasted sooo good. and the first time rach actually said that my food was not bad lah.but i ate way too much of the oiliness. and therefore, the awful stomach ache began... but of course, i was in the toilet reading my mag, so... =)

and i hear the ah bengs downstairs shouting rubbish and the annoying guy who doesn't know how to play drums together with the karang guni man's horn. sounds so great. ><
