I'M BACK FROM GIRL GUIDES CAMP!!!!!!!!! :) even though it was only 2d/1n, it was still horrid but fun! StArtinG froM dAy 1......

DAY 1!
i woke up so early lah. around 5.45 a.m. cuz i wanted to bathe b'fore i go. haha. then after that blah blah blah i reached sch and i was the first there lah. then after that pple started coming. then at around 7.30+ we boarded the bus. we left the horribly clean environment compared to our dreadful camp. and we didn't know that that was a descision we would regret. we should have just backed out! :). 15 min later, we reached Camp Christine at Yio Chu Kang. we were brought up to our cabin(we didn't sleep in tents!!! woohoo!) which was okay lah. kinda clean. then after that, we were brought down for the introduction stuff and stuff. then we had OUTDOOR COOKING!! that was the best! well, almost. i opted to do the digging thingy with a few other pple in my team. oh yah, my team is called giMLi the dwarf. kinda cute name. haha :P. we had to sorta dig the soil but it has been raining the past few days so the grass (field??) was muddy!!!! that was SO DISGUSTING. in a wink of the eye, our ridiculously clean white bleached shoes were covered in mud. really COVERED! super disgusting. but we didn't really care. the digging was quite fun lah. then after we dug the hole in the grass, the guy there helped us make the fire and the fire was super big. then we had to wait 4 everyone to eat cuz our group members were scattered around the camp. We had to put the food directly on the fire! but the fire was cooled down already. then we had to wait quite long for the food to cook cuz it wasn't really cooked yet. but we were so hungry and when the elevenses(snacks. i know the name sounds weird:P) came, everyone started attacking the curry puffs cuz they were really really nice. then the food finally heated up!!! the food... WAS SO GOOD! we were practically starving (most of us... :O) and there was so much food! there was two chickens marinated by our fellow team members, one small pizza made by them. the pizza was weird. but nice. we had to eat the toppings first cuz we cut the pizza cuz the bread thingy was too stiff. but still soft. the bread tasted super chewy and cheesy. :) then there's the sausages! yumyum! and there was chocolate in the bananas. it was kinda gooey. but still nice. and there was the orange cake( cake IN the orange.!) which tasted a little weird but still nice. that was like, the best camp food i've ever eaten lah. but i've only gone to a few camps anyway. then after that, we played TELEMATCH! that was super fun too! at first, we played the water throwing game. its like two people run up to the chair in the middle and there's a water basin with a cup and a plate there. at first it was siscors, paper, stone. but it got boring, so they started making stuff up like jumping jacks and walking backwards. and i always kena get splashed by kelly! ahh! then after that there was the chair game. i didn't play that one cuz there were too many pple so i opted out but i got to spray water guns at them!!! heehee. that was fun! then we played the egg game which was okay lah and we always win lah. haha :) then it was the apple game. my goodness! that was super fun! it's like a three-legged race and we have to run to the pail at the end and inside the pail there's water and AN apple. and we're supposed to take a bite of the apple. the apple tasted nice even though it was contaminated with everyone's saliva. haha. but we won too! YAY! then we had white games which were kinda stupid but okay lah. then after white games, we went to take our baths! bathing there is like super dirty but we're all so dirty we don't care. the water was cold and it was so shiok! haha :) then we had nasi lemak 4 dinner and we had campfire! campfire was fun lah. but the fire was so small! then we went for the night hike at 10 pm(!!!) which was super scary! the guy told us there might be wild boars and other things and we got really scared. and it was so dark! everyone was so happy when we went back but we reached our camp at arounf 11-11.30. then we went to sleep! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

DAY 2= LAST DAY!!
i overslept a bit but a lot of people overslept! haha. we had milo and bread 4 b'fast and then we had our duties. our group was so lucky we didn't get the health duty cuz health duty=cleaning the toilets. we got the kitchen duty and we had to wash the whole place up with soap. the floors, the table tops, the dishes, EVERYTHING! time was passing so slowy. then at 11.30, there was food! there was this thing which i dunno what it was but it was nice and there was kinokuniya jelly! made by our guiders! super nice! i took 2! then at 12.30, it was bye bye to camp christine and back to our clean MGS! a:link, a:visited, a:hover{ color: #e8334a; cursor: default; text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 1px dotted #000000; } a:hover{ color: #e8334a; cursor: default; text-decoration: underline; border-bottom: 1px dotted #000000; }
